How do you make world-class fitness feel personal, fun, and completely free? FitOn challenged
us to help reshape how people experience workouts — anywhere, anytime, on any device.
From celebrity trainers to custom fitness plans, FitOn isn’t just another workout app — it’s a
vibrant digital wellness community.
We teamed up to reimagine how health and technology intersect. The result? A sleek, scalable,
and social-first fitness experience that’s transformed millions of lives.
The Challenge
The health & fitness space is crowded — and often expensive. FitOn’s mission was bold:
“Bring the boutique fitness studio to people’s phones — without the boutique price
tag.”
To deliver on this promise, FitOn needed a product experience that felt premium but remained
accessible. That meant:
- Designing an interface intuitive enough for beginners, yet powerful for pros
- Building a backend that could handle millions of users and thousands of classes
- Blending social features, personalization, and progress tracking into a single seamless journey
The app had to be motivating, fun, and frictionless — every tap, swipe, and screen mattered.
Our Approach
We worked closely with FitOn from strategy to execution, acting as a full product team — part designers, part engineers, part wellness enthusiasts.
Product Design
We created a UI that’s clean, modern, and vibrant — putting trainers and movement at center stage. From typography to motion design, every element encourages users to jump in and stay consistent.

Engineering & Development
Built with performance and scalability in mind. We engineered native experiences on iOS and Android using a shared backend powered by AWS. The system was built to support real-time video, push notifications, social feeds, and habit loops.
